An echo of the fabled travels of Niels Klim - the man who accidentally fell into a cave on Mount Fløyen, serendipitously discovering the utopian state Potu - still resonates in the bowels of Bergen, encouraging a group of artists to search for this mythical place in a bomb shelter beneath the city, only to find the dystopian state of Potsyd instead.
